all are presented in audio and video format online,
by topic, so that members can refer to them as they
choose, when they choose. You pick the subject,
and view it when you want to. There are no formal,
group sessions to attend; nor do you have to sit
through a training session that may not apply to you.
And these modules are constantly being updated,
sharing ideas guaranteed to increase members'
productivity and income.

What
do you mean by "search engine prominence"?
Within
72 hours of being accepted for membership, members'
markets will be advertised in Google AdWords. For example,
when an agency or agent in Pinehurst, North Carolina
goes live, an ad will be placed in Google AdWords under
"Pinehurst
North Carolina real estate agents", and will
be linked to the
Pinehurst NC real estate agents page.
How
else will prospects find our sites?
REAL-
success.org has committed a minimum of 10%
of revenues to promote its "consumer"
site, Real
Estate Referral Network, and individual markets,
through online, newspaper and real estate publication
advertising - - - all targeted to the consumer.
How
do the referrals work?
Referrals
may be generated in two ways: 1) From the Real
Estate Referral Network website itself and 2)
From other REAL- success.org members.
How
will I receive the referrals?
As
soon as the "Submit" button is pressed by
the prospect or referring member, you will receive the
request at the email address you designate. Remember
- - - no one will receive the referrals except the member(s)
listed in that specific market/city.
What
happens when I receive a referral from REAL- success.org?
When
you receive a referral directly from Real
Estate Referral Network, or as a result of the
prospect finding your site through this site,
you will never pay a referral fee. Any commissions
generated from these leads are yours. REAL-
success.org never receives referral fees.
What
about referrals from other REAL- success.org members?
Normally,
if and when agents refer clients to an agent in another
city, they simply pick one out of Realtor.com.
As REAL- success.org members, however, it is
to their advantage to refer prospects to other members,
so that they will reciprocate.
As a member of REAL- success.org, you agree to
pay a referral fee to the referring agent. This is no
different than paying a referral fee to any other licensed
referring source. While the "standard" referral
fee nationwide seems to average about 25% of the selling-side
commission, this fee is always negotiable.
So
that means that I will receive a referral fee from any
member agency or agent that closes a sale to a prospect
that I referred to them?
Yes,
under the same conditions stated above.
You
mentioned marketing tools?
Most
independent agents do not have access to such things
as flyer
and brochure templates to feature specific properties,
interactive
showcases to highlight personal listings, state-of-the-art
streaming
video email, website
creation, etc., without using several separate
resources and spending a significant amount of money.
REAL- success.org members have access to all
types of marketing aids, most at no additional cost.
When features do incur additional fees, members can
be assured that they are receiving the best value
available.

Did
I see the word "Guarantee"?
You
certainly did. If, after six months of membership, you
do not believe that membership in REAL- success.org
has been beneficial, let us know, and your full membership
fees will be refunded - - - no questions asked. (Well,
we will ask why you are canceling, so that we might
become even more effective for our other members.)
PLUS, in the event Member does not increase his/her
previous year's sale volume by $1 million or more after
the first twelve months, his/her membership fees will
be refunded. This is how much faith we have in our services.
Membership
I
am an AGENT, meaning I work for an agency. Can I become
a member?
Absolutely!
You can become a member exclusive of the agency you
work for - - - and you will be the agent listed
in RRN's Real
Estate Referral Network, receiving all of the
referrals yourself.
I am an individual AGENT, working for a Century 21 agency.
Can I be a member of REAL- success.org?
You
certainly can, because you are representing yourself,
not the agency. As an individual agent member,
you are the member, not the agency, and you
will be the agent listed in RRN's Real
Estate Referral Network, receiving all of the
referrals yourself.
What
if I already receive training and referrals through our
parent agency?
All
major franchise companies and even some independents,
have some type of training program. But the ongoing
training, tips, strategies and education provided by
REAL- success.org are produced and provided by
other experienced, highly successful agents nationwide
- - - your peers - - - and include literally hundreds
of relevant topics. REAL- success.org's training
and education tools contain real-life solutions
and information that your parent company's training
does not.
When
your agency currently receives referrals, they probably
assign them to all of the agents on a rotating basis.
If you are the exclusive REAL- success.org member
for your market, you will receive all
of the referrals generated through Real
Estate Referral Network and other REAL- success.org
members yourself.
What
is to keep me from sharing my username and password with
other agents?
Well,
to start with, that would be dishonest. REAL- success.org
can, of course, monitor the activity of its members
in the training and education segments, and spot obvious
abuse, however we don't believe that will be necessary.
What
are "affiliate" members?
Affiliate
members may be mortgage brokers, real estate appraisers,
home inspectors, insurance agencies or any other service
provider to buyers and sellers of real estate, and are
only listed in the Real
Estate Referral Network website. The training
and education aspects are not designed for affiliate
members.

Pricing
is simple:
AGENTS: $59.00 Monthly, plus a $100.00 one-time
set-up fee.
AFFILIATE
MEMBERS: $29.00 Monthly, plus a $75.00 one-time
set-up fee.
Can't
I get the same services elsewhere, at lower costs?
If
you can, please let us know. To our knowledge, there
is no other single source, anywhere, that offers the
total array of services as REAL- success.org,
much less at lower fees.
How
do I pay?
Membership
and set-up fees may be paid annually or monthly.
All
fees are paid through PayPal. PayPal
is simply a credit card "middleman", and you
do not need to have a PayPal account to use their
service. If you do have a PayPal
account, then you know how to use it. If you don't,
you simply pay by credit card, just like any other online
credit card purchase.
