themselves to honor and uphold.
REALTORS®
and Real Estate Referral Network Members Pledge to:

Be honest with all parties to a transaction.
- Avoid
misrepresentation or concealment of pertinent facts.
- Cooperate
with other brokers.
- Disclose
ownership or self-dealing.
- Disclose
current or contemplated self-interest.
- Disclose
other fee sources to clients.
- Disclose
dual compensation to all parties.
- Use
trust accounts.
- Put
agreements in writing.
- Avoid
discrimination.
- Show
competence in field of practice.
- Present
true representations in advertising.
- Seek
legal counsel when needed.
- Support
the Code of Ethics process.
- Avoid
false statements about competitors.
- Respect
client/agent relationships.
- Arbitrate
disputes
