WHEREAS, RR Network, Inc. is in the business of managing an online website, www.REAL-success.org, to provide access to online training, education and information for use in training real estate agents, in addition to proprietary marketing tools;

WHEREAS RR Network, Inc. also provides an online website, www.realestate-referral.net, to promote & facilitate real estate referrals to its Members;

WHEREAS, Applicant is engaged in the real estate brokerage or related industry specializing in the marketing of real estate and related services;

WHEREAS, Applicant desires to become a member in RR Network, Inc.; and

WHEREAS, RR Network, Inc. agrees to consider applicant's application for membership;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual premises and covenants hereinafter set forth, the parties agree as follows:

By paying the fees associated with membership, and upon written approval of applicant's membership application by RR Network, Inc., the applicant hereby accepts the following terms and conditions:

1. Real estate Member is and shall remain a duly licensed real estate agent in good standing and agrees that it will abide by the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®. Affiliate Member agrees that it will abide by the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®, as it may apply to its business.
   
   
2. Real estate Member agrees that it will pay a mutually agreed upon referral fee equal to any other Member who refers a transaction, unless a different amount is agreed to in writing by both parties.
   
   
3. Member hereby agrees that it will not distribute or give access to any of the online educational course information to any third party that is not a Member in good standing of the
RR Network's REAL-success.org, including individual brokers, agents and/or employees representing the Member's business.


4. Member hereby agrees that it will not distribute or give access to any of the marketing tools made available to it from its membership in the RR Network's
REAL-success.org including but not limited to website and home showcase templates and promotional flyers, to any third party that is not a Member in good standing of RR Network's REAL-success.org, including individual brokers, agents and/or employees representing the Member's business.


5. Term of the Agreement: The term of the Agreement is one year and is automatically renewed unless RR Network's REAL-success.org is notified via email within 30 days from the date of expiration.
   
   
6. Membership Fee Guarantee: RR Network's REAL-success.org guarantees Member that there will be no annual fee increase for the first two years of membership.
   
   
7. Refund of Fees: In the event applicant is not approved for membership, all fees paid will be promptly refunded by RR Network's REAL-success.org
   
   
8. Membership Revocation: In the event, Member does not abide by these conditions, its membership may be revoked with no refund of fees and there shall be no recourse by the Member.
